Plockmatic C/AC/CF/ACF 510 Feeder Collator Hybrid
The 510 collator/feeder hybrid is available in four different configurations – the C 510, the AC 510, the CF 510 and the ACF 510. The C model is limited to collation work. AC includes air separation for coated or normally difficult to handle stocks. F stands for feeder ability which means it is suited for the digital print market. All 510 models can be used in the System 200.
Plockmatic BM 200e Binder
A fully automatic booklet maker able to produce up to 120 page booklets. Accepts both sets and streams of sheets i.e suited for both analogue and digitally printed documents. Special attention has been given to handle digital colour prints to avoid smearing and scratching. A patented two-step fold roller system gives a sharp fold without marking and eliminates the risk of tearing. The user friendly operator interface also activates and adjusts downstream modules like the FTR 200e and SQF 200e.
Plockmatic FTR 200e Trimmer
The FTR is a one knife lead edge/front trimmer with a large scrap bin to allow for long runs. Air jets separate trim scrap from the books. Automatic set up through the BM 200e operator interface.
Plockmatic SQF 200e Squarefolder
The SQF gives that final professional appearance to your booklets which has become “state of the art”. Looks exactly like a perfect bound book or magazine and it also gives you a printable spine. Automatic set up through the BM 200e operator interface.
